Thank you for taking the time to write us.  We will forward your findings with the appropriate department. Data base records may need to be updated before this is possible. Please try back soon. In the interim, you can choose a model from a previous year to register your bike with us.  All that we need is your contact information and your bikes serial number.  Please keep in mind that your original sales receipt is the proof-of-purchase that you would need to prove that you are the original owner of your bike.  The original sales receipt is needed for all warranty considerations if you should ever have any in the future.

We're sorry for your loss and we know how you feel. Hopefully you've already registered your bike on both the cannondale.com website and on http://www.juststolen.net. If you have, please contact both of us with your information.

In addition, be sure to contact your local police department. A photo of your bike will be helpful, as will the original receipt for proof of your purchase.
