ANGELED SPOKE HOLES
Matching the angle of the spoke holes to the angle that the spoke leaves the rim at means that we can greatly reduce the stress at the spoke head. Implementing this technology requires added design and manufacturing work, but the result is a far more reliable wheel with less chance of breaking spokes
J-BEND SPOKES
In our reliability testing J-Bend spokes show a significant increase in fatigue resistance, meaning a wheel which stays true and stringer for longer
SECURE NIPPLE LOCK
We apply a custom threadlock liquid to each nipple individually. This liquid creates increased friction between the threaded part of the spoke and the nipple, eliminating the air between them, ensuring that the spokes don't lose tension whilst allowing adjustment if needed
